The Town of Halton Hills (The “Town”) Public Art Program invites printers to submit proposals for the printing and installation of vinyl wraps on Town-owned utility boxes across Halton Hills on an “if and when requested” basis over a multi-year period of five (5) years. There is no guarantee on the number of boxes that will be wrapped during this time, but it is expected that the Town will wrap up to five (5) boxes per year. 

All Proponents shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFP, which will enable the Proponent to download the RFP, to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Proposal electronically through the Bidding System.
