The purpose of this project is to assist the Town in preparation of a Transit Implementation Plan that will set out the implementation and operations for a marriage of transit services in Halton Hills, including on-demand transit, conventional transit and specialized transit services, over the next 10 years. The Transit Implementation Plan will incorporate recommendations made in the Transit Service Strategy (2019) and the Specialized Transit Plan (2021) and will provide a forward thinking, phased-in, innovative implementation plan for transit operations in Halton Hills.
All Proponents shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFP, which will enable the Proponent to download the RFP, to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Proposal electronically through the Bidding System.
