The Town of Halton Hills is seeking for a complete Fire Records Management System that will enable each Fire Department to effectively manage information and records related to incidents, prevention, inspections, training, education, staffing, scheduling, emergency management and asset/inventory management.

The successful Proponent is also responsible for delivering a full project implementation service and continuous support that consist of the following:

1. Planning and Design
2. Configuration, Data Migration, and Integration
3. Testings
4. Training and Documentation
5. Production Implementation
6. System Stabilization Support
7. On-going Support and Maintenance Services.

All Proponents shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFP, which will enable the Proponent to download the RFP, to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Proposal electronically through the Bidding System.     

Please be advised that the Town of Halton Hills has recently transitioned to a two-envelope system for our RFP process, comprising a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal. In line with our commitment to fair and transparent Procurement practice, we request that all Proponent refrain from disclosing any pricing information in their Technical Proposal. Any mention of pricing within the Technical Proposal may lead to the disqualification of the Proponent's submission.
