The Town of Halton Hills (TOHH) is seeking professional services for developing a series of five technical memos to inform its Green Infrastructure Asset Management Plan. Based on existing asset inventory data and condition assessment information, a qualified consultant is required to assess the State of the Infrastructure, current and proposed Levels of Service, future demand, and risk associated with the Town’s Green Infrastructure Assets. The development of a lifecycle management strategy and financial strategy is also required as part of this project.

All Proponents shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFP, which will enable the Proponent to download the RFP, to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Proposal electronically through the Bidding System.
