This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an opportunity for those pre-qualified engineering consulting firms under 2026-045-PQ to provide detailed design services under a Consulting/Professional Services Agreement for the Town of Halton Hills (the "Town"). The purpose of this RFP is to select a single consulting firm to provide the technical and professional services required for the detailed design, tender preparation, coordination of utility relocations, securing the environmental approvals and permitting for the proposed widening and reconstruction/rehabilitation of Eighth Line to accommodate additional lanes and associated infrastructure improvements from 10 Side Road to 15 Side Road in the Town of Halton Hills. All Proponents shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFP, which will enable the Proponent to download the RFP, to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Proposal electronically through the Bidding System.
