The Town of Halton Hills is seeking qualified compensation Consultants to conduct a thorough salary review of its full-time non-union positions against the external market in accordance with Town Policies and Practices and compliance Pay Equity Act. The Town will also provide the Consultant information about the current compensation plan and structure including the Job Evaluation Policy to provide context to the Salary Review.

There are approximately 190 full-time non-union positions at the Town of Halton Hills.

All Proponents shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFP, which will enable the Proponent to download the RFP, to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Proposal electronically through the Bidding System.
