Halton Hills Public Library (HHPL) is inviting interested, qualified Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of specified categories and formats of Library audio/visual materials and associated services through automatic release plans (ARP) and firm ordering. Services include selection acquisition, cataloguing, processing and delivery of material described in this Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFP will establish the schedules of discounts and cataloguing and processing costs for the supply of materials from both frontlist and backlist catalogues including ARP for selected categories.
All Proponents shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFP, which will enable the Proponent to download the RFP, to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Proposal electronically through the Bidding System.
