This project is about the development of a Corporate Technology Strategic Plan for the Town of Halton Hills (“Town”). The plan will guide the planning, implementation, and management of current and future technology investments. The plan that will be produced will serve as a crucial tool for guiding the Town’s technology decisions and actions over the next five years. It will help to ensure that the Town’s technology investments are strategic, effective, and in alignment with the Town’s Strategic Plan and its broader objectives.

The Town is seeking for a qualify consultant to develop a comprehensive five-year Information Technology strategy and roadmap that encompasses, but not limited to, the scope of work detailed in this bid document.

All Proponents shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFP, which will enable the Proponent to download the RFP, to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Proposal electronically through the Bidding System.
