The Town’s Economic Development Division is initiating the preparation of a new Economic Development Strategy (2027–2032) to establish the Town’s strategic direction for economic development and a thriving economy over the next five years. The Strategy will guide decision-making, business retention and expansion, investment attraction and program delivery while advancing Council’s strategic priorities.
All Proponents shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFP, which will enable the Proponent to download the RFP, to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Proposal electronically through the Bidding System.
