The Town of Halton Hills is seeking bids for the supply, delivery and planting of trees and shrubs for the annual Fall boulevard tree planting program. The term of this contract is for a two (2) year period (2024 and 2025) with three optional renewal terms of one (1) year each, subject to satisfactory performance by the supplier, pricing and successful negotiations of both parties and budget approval.
All Vendors shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFT which will enable the Vendor to download the RFT, to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Tenders electronically through the Bidding System. |
