The Town of Halton Hills is issuing this Request for Tender for the Supply and Delivery of One (1) Commercial Grade, High Roof Cargo Van. The Town is seeking brand new, unused vehicles only. Vehicles must be in pristine condition, with no prior usage or ownership. The successful vendor is required to deliver fully pre-serviced, ready to operate vehicles with suitable components to comply with these specifications in all respects. This specification lists only the major details of the units. It is the vendor's responsibility to deliver units fully equipped to Government specifications. Vehicle specifications are included as part of the Pricing Schedule attached to this Request for Tender. Where minimums are specified, the vehicle must meet or exceed the capacity, size and performance specified.
All vendors shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFQ which will enable the Vendor to download the RFQ to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Quotation electronically through the Bidding System. |
