The Town is seeking a qualified and experienced independent claims adjusting firm, licensed by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA), to provide claims adjusting services on an as-required basis. The successful Bidder will support the Town with claim investigations, liability assessments, settlement negotiations, reporting, litigation support, recovery opportunities and other claims administration services while helping the Town effectively manage its insurance and risk exposures. |
