The Town intent to establish a roster of qualified Heritage General Contractors with demonstrated experience in the conservation, restoration, rehabilitation, renovation, and adaptive re-use of heritage buildings and structures. Qualified Heritage General Contractors must possess the necessary heritage expertise, qualified personnel, financial capacity, and organizational resources to successfully undertake heritage conservation projects. Successful Applicants will be placed on the Town's roster of Prequalified Heritage General Contractors for a three (3) year term from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2029. During this period, the Town may invite prequalified contractors to participate in future competitive procurement opportunities for heritage conservation projects, generally valued in excess of $100,000 |
