The Town is seeking a qualified and experienced armoured car service provider to securely collect and transport bank deposits from designated Town facilities to the Town’s designated Scotiabank Processing Centre. The successful Bidder will provide scheduled pickups, secure transportation, chain-of-custody tracking and timely delivery of deposits, while maintaining appropriate security measures and ensuring continuity of service. All Bidders shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFP, which will enable the Proponent to download the RFP, to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Proposal electronically through the Bidding System. |
