The Town of Halton Hills on behalf of the members of the Halton Cooperative Purchasing Group (HCPG) is requesting bids for Fire Safety Maintenance which includes all labour to test, maintain recharge and repair fire alarm systems, wet and/or dry sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, fire cabinet and hoses, strobe/horn alarm systems, standpipes, building emergency lighting, exhaust hood suppression systems, fire pumps and fire hydrants. This is a multi-year contract with an initial two (2) year term, from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2028 with the option to renew for an additional 3 - 1 year terms, subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor, pricing, successful negotiations of both parties and budget approval |
